I purchased the acupressure bracelet size small. Quality is good, I like that it's adjustable. I believe it is helping with my anxiety. The price was good. Fast shipping.

The black acupressure band material was soft, stretchy and pliable. But the three beads were situated so that they laid on my bone, so I sized down.

I also changed my order to a single bead to avoid further placement issues and chose a woven decorative pattern. The decoration is very pretty, however there is stitching (nylon?) to attach it to the band. With a tactile sensory sensitivity, one stitch in particular is extremely bothersome. If you have a sensory sensitivity, I recommend ordering a plain band.

The band is also very water absorbent. If you don't like a wet wrist, don't get it wet.

Unfortunately, even when I use this band by pressing the bead into my pressure points, I notice no benefits. I simply cannot get the pressure deep enough. I prefer to press using my thumb without the band.

I won't be using the band.

Been using this off and on since I got it. Its comfortable but I think that maybe the addition of a set of snaps on it would be better since then it would feel more secure as it sometimes slips a little and has to be adjusted. Overall, I am happy with this buy!

Seems to work for some things, not so much for others listed, but perhaps those other conditions will improve over time. I'll explain if you keep reading... The quality is excellent—the bumps line up properly in both sleeping and daytime positioning of bracelet. I didn't notice improvement in wrist pain or mood, but I did see improvement in night sweats, anxiety and social anxiety. I've been very depressed lately due to life stress and no idea what to do next, but don't have the usual anxiety that goes with that. I also don't have nearly as much social anxiety with other tenants in my building or random strangers. My night sweats are much less and some nights I've noticed no sweating at all. Wrist pain? Well, I have autoimmune disease inflammation and damaged joints, so yeah, I'm not surprised it's not 100% better. :)

This is in regard to the quality of this product as I have not had a chance to wear it as often as needed to test the acupressure. The bracelet is well made and feels as though it will hold up well over time.

Buy a size bigger than you think.

I wore it for a couple days and I was still nauseous and had anxiety.. I know it's not a magical bracelet that fixes everything but it was worth a shot. It tends to shift a lot as well.. I'm glad it's helped some people on here so pls give it a shot if you are thinking about it!
