How It Works
✨ How It Works – AcuBracelet™ Explained
The Power of Pressure Points — Worn, Not Swallowed
AcuBracelet™ applies gentle, targeted pressure to known acupoints — spots on the body used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help restore balance, calm, and overall well-being. Think of it like acupuncture, but without needles. It’s therapy you can wear.
💡 What Is Acupressure?
Acupressure stimulates specific points on the body (called acupoints) that influence energy flow, nervous system regulation, and hormone balance.
Our bands focus primarily on:
-
P6 (Nei Guan): supports digestion, motion relief, and emotional balance
-
H7 (Shen Men): helps with rest, grounding, and mood regulation
-
LI4 (Hegu): used for tension and hormone support
-
Sp6 (Sanyinjiao): involved in hormone and temperature balance, especially for women
🎯 How to Use AcuBracelet™
1. Place it correctly.
Slide the band so the bead(s) apply pressure to the correct spot — most often P6, 2-3 finger widths below the wrist crease.
2. Adjust for comfort.
Choose between slip-on styles or adjustable bands with VELCRO® brand closures. The goal is gentle pressure — not tightness.
3. Wear it regularly.
Some customers feel effects within minutes; others notice benefits with daily use. You can wear them day or night, while traveling, or during moments of tension.
🔄 What’s Different About Our Designs?
Not all pressure point bands are created equal. AcuBracelet™ is:
✔️ Handmade in the USA
✔️ Stylish enough for everyday wear
✔️ Available in slip-on, adjustable, or Snap Technique™ styles
✔️ Scent-infused options for added calm
✔️ Trusted by therapists, educators, parents, and travelers
✔️ Safe for adults, kids, and pets (AcuPup™)
⚡ The Snap Technique™
Many of our bands feature the Snap Technique™ — a sensory-friendly behavioral support method. Gently snapping the top of the band provides a tactile and auditory cue for grounding, focus, or habit interruption. This is used alongside pressure point stimulation for added benefit.
