Not sure this even works. My magnetics seem to do more. Plus the material is itchy.
This works. I wear it to bed and it helps with hot flashes during the night. Going to get a couple more to wear during the day.

I was thrilled to find a device advertised to alleviate menopause symptoms particularly hot flashes and night sweats. Sadly, this did nothing for me. I read several reviews and found that 3-10 days was suggested before you may feel any relief. I wore it in accordance with the instructions provided for 10 days and got absolutely no relief. Guess I will just have to live with the discomfort for however much ever longer this will go on. I would love to be able to say it is wonderful, but I can’t.

This bracelet is so beautiful, and comfortable and it works! Although I do still have occasional hot flashes, they are not nearly as severe. And I get a lot of comments on it from friends, and coworkers. Such a simple thing, it's wonderful!
