Pressure Point Information;
P7- Acupressure point P7 or Pericardium7 is also known as the Great Mound. This point helps alleviate hot flashes, excessive sweating, shivering or redness of skin.
H7- Aids to nourish all aspects of the heart and is beneficial for treating all heart diseases and syndromes, heart palpitations, angina pectoris, irregular heartbeat, pounding heart, hypertension, and arrhythmias. It also helps to treat problems of insomnia, muddled thinking, anxiety, nausea and emotional and psychological issues.
H6- H6 or Heart 6 is yet another important point of acupressure and acupuncture for menopause symptoms that are used for relieving anxiety, irritability and night sweats.

If you are new to using acupressure/pressure point therapy results will take 1-7 days. Be patient. Try all the pressure points listed and find what works for you. The bracelets do not need to be TIGHT to work. Light-strong pressure works just as well.

I started experiencing hot flashes in 2016 and did some research regarding pressure points to help relieve my symptoms. I have always designed acupressure bracelets for myself. I use/wear them through trial and error until finding what works. I put time into them because I care.
I have designed the P7 Bracelet for Hot Flashes, Menopausal symptoms. This bracelet is multi functional and can assist with many different symptoms using the three different pressure point options. Wearers can use one bracelet or two. I wear only one but people with severe/intense symptoms use two, one on either wrist. You can also try different points on either wrist. These bands will (in the least) decrease symptoms naturally.
