Directions for all Adjustable Type Bracelets

Fabric Adjustable Bands-
Slide band out of plastic bag. Slide metal loop off the end of closure. Gently pull apart Velcro. Keep metal loop on the band. Lay band flat. Place your wrist centered on the band. With your free hand pull over/across your wrist and grab other end of banding to tighten. Attach hook Velcro piece to the band. Slide metal loop back to closed position (original position). Metal piece is only to be used on the end of the bracelet to secure the closure and is optional. Closure should face outside pinky finger. Once you adjust your band you can pull it on and off instead opening the closure but do this with care. Wear bands snug. Use points above or below wrist bone for comfort. Accessory adhesive tapes are used to help secure the bands position during activity or sleep (if needed). Adhesives are latex free and safe, made for skin contact. They are double sided. Peel tape off wax paper. Place on the inside of the bracelet anywhere you want. Press down until it sticks well. Peel off second white layer. Adhesive will stick for 1-3 days to help with any slippage issues. Bracelet ends have been crimped to prevent fray. Keep the Hook (hard) tab clean of debris and if not sticking clean with a dry toothbrush or fine comb. If the band (soft loop) becomes stringy (from Velcro attachment) you can trim with scissors. With a little care our bands will last a longtime. If the tab is difficult to fit thru the steel loop, pinch the end width and slide thru.
